What I collect
When you contact me through the form or WhatsApp, I collect the information you choose to share: your name, contact details, location, and project details (well depth, water needs). I also collect basic site usage statistics as described below.
How I use it
Your information is used only to answer your inquiry and, if you choose, to prepare a pump system quote. I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses minimal, privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other websites and do not use advertising cookies.
A cookie containing a random visitor identifier lasts for up to 365 days and helps count visitors. The source of the current visit is stored separately in each browser tab. After 30 minutes without recorded activity, the source is assessed again on the next recorded activity.
Analytics records include the random visitor identifier, event time, public page and landing paths, country, page language, page views, WhatsApp clicks, tool activity and result categories, source/medium/campaign labels, and the referring website's hostname. These records do not include IP addresses, full referring URLs, query strings, or form field values.
The administrator can manually record an inquiry's date, country, source and campaign labels, and follow-up status. This inquiry log does not store chat messages or customer contact details.
Data retention
Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and comply with legal obligations. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing me.
